Pre-Construction
During this stage we want to get to know you, your vision for the space, your schedule, your budget, whats most important to you for the project and explaining clearly to you what you can expect from us. The Pre-Construction phase is the foundation of the project. We'll be creating a strategic plan, going over designs, securing permits, and planning the proper labour and materials required to create your space.
Construction
Intention is at the heart of our process. With intentional design and clear communication, our team works in sync with a shared vision. We fully consider your lifestyle and the details that matter most to you. And we do everything we can to help bridge the relationship between the architect, the builder, and the homeowner.
Post-Construction
After completion of the project, we thoroughly clean the site before final walkthrough and inspection with you - the client.
Whilst most general contractors only warranty their work for 1 year, all Black Bear Development projects come with a 24 month workmanship and material warranty.
